Certified print in H.R.G.
1. October 2008
In order you can check the colour and have an idea about the result of the printing we can produce certified print which matches the requirements ISO 12647 Epson Stylus Pro 4880 that will simulate defined exit conditions. We use software GMG ColorProof and printing machine Epson Stylus Pro 4880. The print is checked by a spectrophotometer and equipped with a label which certifies that the measured variations are in norm tolerance. Ugra color temperature indicator (strip used for checking of surrounding lighting) creates a part of the print as well. When you observe the print under the standard lighting under the correlated colour temperature 5000K, all the fields on the strip should have the same colour.

The printing house H.R.G. among screen-printers!
1. March 2008
In March this year we added a new screen-printing machine Magra 21 to our machinery fleet, which means ranking our company among the ones offering UV varnish finishing.
MAGRA 21, a three-quarter automatic screen-printing machine with a moving print table and parallel frame lift with permanent registration of the SVECIA system. The machine is loaded manually, the sheets are then transported automatically onto the dryer tunnel belt. It is suitable for precise screen printing work on format 760 x 1070 mm with maximum substrate thickness up to 20 mm at maximum density of 2500 g/m2. The unloaders are able to unload reliably a substrate up to thickness of 5 mm onto the transport belt, moving the sheets on towards the dryer. The machine is very compact with all the drive units built in. The printing table is equipped with pneumatically controlled lay stops and vacuum and air cushion. The machines are fully electro-pneumatically controlled (PLC) by an easily programmable and logical automat. The operators have a well-arranged control panel located on a portable stand at their disposal. The panel can be moved to any of the machine sides according to the needs in the workshop. Besides, the machine is equipped with a foot-pedal which allows the operator to interrupt the printing cycle at any time. The unloaders can be switched off independently and the machine is used as semi-automatic then.
H.R.G as a sponsor of Sodomka’s Dynamic
18. February 2008
The regional museum in Vysoke Myto gained into its collection in 2005 a unique historical car Aero 50 Dynamic. Only seven of these special aerodynamic and very elegant vehicles were manufactured in the car body works Sodomka in Vysoke Myto during the years 1939-1940. Till these days there have been only two specimen – the first one in the USA in the prestigious collection Blackhawk Collection and the second one (as already mentioned above) in the museum in Vysoke Myto. The cars have been connected with a lot of interesting things and their fortunes were difficult and complicated in a lot of cases. One thing to be mentioned is that one car was given to Vladimir Kabes, who was a son of the company owner Aero, to his 21. birthday. Another car could be seen next to Oldrich Novy in the movie Valentin Dobrotivý and later in the movie Tri kamaradi. The purchase of the car from the private owner and very demanding renovation that followed caused a lot of financial difficulties for museum in Vysoke Myto and the costs were almost two millions crowns. To pay such an enormous amount of money there was a large financial help from ministry of culture CZ, Pardubice region and some other private subjects including printing house H.R.G.
