Autograph action in the production hall

For our employees there was an autograph action of the exclusive book with the title Litomysl 1259-2009, the town of the culture and education which was published to the 750th anniversary of the town Litomysl. The autor Milan Skrivanek was sitting comfortably in the production hall of the printing house where the book itself came to life and happily devoted his autographs to our workers. This way we would like to thank to all of you who came into the contact with the book and wish you a lot of pleasant moments during reading.
New line for bindings V1
December 2009
At the end of the year 2009 we were successful in installing of the new sewing line V1 which helps us to increase the capacity ofthe production of sewing bindings V1. Specification: Line V1 ST 450, 6 charging stations, 1 station for envelopes, place for hand loading, 4+4 stitcher heads (4 classical, 4 omega-ocka), cut during the brochures sewing in double production – 6 mm, cross discharger, max. speed 14000/hour, max. format charger 320x480, min. format charger 85x125.
Mucha "under the control"

At the end of the year we managed to print an informative folded leaflet for MUCHA MUSEUM in Prague , to see the printing outline, the granddaughter of the famous painter Alfons Mucha Mrs. Sarah Mucha came from the UK. After the demanding colour checkout according to the original prints the machine started to operate and we succeeded in printing the order to the happiness of all the participants.

On Saturday 5.9.2009 there was the first "newly-reborn" legendary cyclist race in the Giant Mountains. Fifty five 3-man teams from the whole Czech Republic took part in the race and H.R.G. participated in this action as well.

HEIDELBERG SM-52 ANICOLOR – first installation in CZ

We have just started to use a new printing machine HEIDELBERG SM-52 ANICOLOR – B3. It is the first installation of such a device in the Czech Republic and we are happy that you will have an oportunity to use the printing capacity of the machine which has absolutely new technology of colour box in the offset print. The contruction of the colour box without ozon, unbelievably short preparatory dates, minimal amount of departure sheets, highly fixed colouring in combination with the procedural calibration will ensure an outstanding quality of the final printing and it will also enable you to order the products in the shortener delivery dates. Of course that you will receive perfect offset quality in the price of the competitive digital print.

We have been successful despite the economical crisis! We have accepted another members into our team! We have employed a new businesswoman into our business department, a new printer on the printing machine Heidelberg as well as a new receptionist and an associate producer.

We support Nadace Jedličkova ústavu

The printing house H.R.G. will provide for Nadace Jedlickova ustavu the printing of their annual report for the year 2008 for free. Thanks to the cost saving for the print of the annual report, the charity will be able to support another children and teenagers with the handicap.

In spring 2009 our machine fleet expanded, we got two more machines for final book processing

Calendar of the year 2009
6. April 2009
On Wednesday 1.4.2009 we received in Kolowratsky palace in Prague the second prize in the competition Calendar of the year 2009 in the category "the best printing quality and the best total fabrication". We were successful with the wall calendar "Automobily Aero s karoseriemi Sodomka". The calendar was published in the cooperation with the regional museum Vysoke Myto. This award is a proof that we are really successful at our work.
CONTACT 2009 at the Pardubice University

11th May 2009 the HRG representatives took part in the action Kontakt 2009 – Polygrafie during which the students of 4th and 5th grade of polygraphic faculty of Pardubice University and printing companies met together. This year there were 9 companies which focused on the polygraphic production or relative fields (H.R.G. spol. s.r.o., EUROPRINT, a.s., KBA- Grafitec s.r.o., Ligum spol. s.r.o., Obchodní tiskárny, a.s., STÁTNÍ TISKÁRNA CENIN, TYPOS, tiskařské závody, a.s., Vydavatelství Svět tisku, spol. s r.o. , CPI Moravia Books s.r.o. ).
Petr Lorenc the businessman of the year 2008 in the Pardubice region

Petr Lorenc, the owner of the printing house H.R.G. became the Businessman of the year 2008 in the Pardubice region. He received the diploma and the trophy 17th February 2009 in Pardubice from the hands of the deputy of hetman Jan Tichy and representative of the company Ernst & Young which already organised the competition in the region for the third time. An independent jury chose Petr Lorenc to be the winner of the competition, the foreman of the jury was Tomas Brezina, who is a board chairman BEST and holder of the title Businessman of the year 2007.

20 years of H.R.G.

This year our company has been celebrating big anniversary!!! Last year we celebrated 15 years since the foundation of HRG company and this year 15.12.2009 it will be 20 years since the owner of the printing house Petr Lorenc received permission from the municipal office in Litomysl to provide services in the printing field. Since this day it has come to the foundation of our company. At the beginning there was probably nobody would would expect that the company would be so successful in the future and would become one of the biggest in the Czech Republic. We would like to thank our employees and customers for everything!
