Tropická tepla jsou za námi a bazénu ve výrobní hale už není více potřeba. Prostor bazénu byl tak zalit betónem a byl použit jako fundament pod tiskový stroj. V posledním srpnovém týdnu tedy započala instalace nového japonského tiskového stroje KOMORI LITHRONE S40 - 4 barvy + disperzní lak ve formatu B1. Vyzkoušejte u nás tradici japonského tisku od pana Komoriho.

The printing house H.R.G. will provide for Nadace Jedlickova ustavu the printing of their annual report for the year 2009 for free. Thanks to the cost saving for the print of the annual report, the charity will be able to support another children and teenagers with the handicap.

Digital print – innovation in HRG

Nowadays we have finished the installation of the historically first digital printing machine in the printing house HRG. We have chosen the technology from the company OCE, type VP 6160 with the system Gemini – one-way duplex print, speed 170 pages, A4, 1/1 1 min., size 203x203 - 320x480, printability of the material 50 – 300gr/m2.
Printing drawing card Prepress has been existing

Just today we have produced a new "printing drawing card called Prepress 1". The drawing card focuses on the colourful spaces, mixture of colours, colour distinction, screens and many other things concerning the prepress preparation. You can collect the edition of the drawing cards as inputs in the magazines Font, Typografia, Svět tisku, Typo, Strategie, Marketing& Media or Heidelberg info. However, there is an easier way how to gain them, just become our customer – in this way you will receive the drawing cards during our first visit at your place.

HRG is now FSC

Since August H.R.G. has been since the owner of the certificate FSC, which enables after the fulfilment of all the conditions concerning the purchase of certified paper to produce any printed paper with the licence FSC. The prestigious brand FSC gives the customers guarantee that the wood raw material used for the production comes from the forests which are cultivated in an economical way according to the strict ecological and social rules of the organisation FSC. In this way it is guaranteed that it does not come to the illegal forest mining.
Installation of the new CtP equipment

Nowadays it has come to the installation of the new imagesetter AGFA AVALON N8-52 for the exposure of thermal printing plates, version XT = (speed up to 40 printing plates B1/hour depending on the sensitivity, screening and other factors ) with the automatic feeder ( 3 cassettes for printing plates), intergrated punching and on-line connected call automat ELANTRIX 125 including piler.
- Resolution: 2400 dpi
- Maximum size of printing plate: 1.160 x 940 mm
- Minimal size of printing plate: 450 x 370 mm
- Thickness of printing plate: 0.15 – 0,30 mm
Swimming-pool with relaxation zone in the production hall

Because of the temperature records in the first half of July and increasing requests of our employees we have started to build a new relaxation centre including swimming-pool with counterflow directly in the production hall. Nestle to us and spend an interesting wellness weekend at your place. CK HRG

XV. year of national tournament of special Olympics in handball took place in the days 11. - 13. 6. 2010. We are proud that we could sponsor this event and please 178 competitors – sportsmen from 21 sports clubs for disabled people around the Czech Republic.

Finally we also have a production manager

Finally, after more than a 2-month-break it has come to the extension of our junior working team. We have got a new production manager – Tobias Loufek - 52 cm, 3,98 kg. The photo is depicting the manager during the production meeting which was held as a result of the findings of serious mistakes done by his inferiors … or is he only trying to gain attention by his new colleagues? :-)
Fabrication of a new factory building has started

At the beginning of May we have started to build a new factory building which will concur the existing production halls. We would like to shift cutting centre and stocks for waste management into this new building because we need the current premises for a new printing machine which will print in format B1. The new property will be also used in the future as a connecting point for other planned development of our production halls.
We have just published the edition of printing cheat sheets

We have just started to publish in co-operation with Print Media Academy our first edition of printing cheat sheets. The edition started with the cheat sheet "Typography", continues with "Paper" and in the next few days we would like to edit "Prepress", "Press", "Postpress" and so on. Our cheat sheets consist of the most important information for all the people who are in contact with the printing trade. You can gradually collect our edition in the newspapers such as Font, Typografia, Svět tisku,Typo, Strategie, Marketing & Media or Heidelberg info. However, there is also another easier way how to obtain them –to ask for them by letter or to become our customers. In these cases you will receive "cheat sheets set" during our first visit at Your place.

Printing house H.R.G. supports retirements house

The retirements home Drachtinka in Hlinsko offfers the pensioners accommodation, food, nursing care and other support in order to ensure them more comfortable life in a pleasant environment. It is a pleasure for us to have an opportunity to take part in the support of active and dignified way of life for all the pensioners who live there. Everybody can help, you as well!
Printing house H.R.G has installed cutting plotteer Aristomat

Recently we have installed desk cutting plotter Aristomat in the format 1300x1700mm. The plotter offers so called digital cut including bigovani beginning from one loading piece. We would also like to offer you the posibility of patterning cut products before their real production for the validity check without the necessity of stamping die production.
Printing of the most beautiful Czech book in 2009

We were pleased to be able to produce this original and magnificient book about our town- „Litomyšl 1259-2009 – the town of culture and education“. The book itself consists of 616 pages and it is printed on the finest voluminous Italian paper. We are much luckier because the book won an award „The prime Czech book of the year 2009“ in the category of technical literature.

In the middle of February we started to use a new B1 laminator - Formica FOLIANT POLLUX 720.Maximum size 760x1100 mm, minimum size 350x250 mm, substrate weight appropriate for lamination 115-500 g, laminating film 24-35 microns.
